Limited Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product as a physical print magazine containing exclusive content, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect our intellectual property and ensure fairness to all customers.

Eligible for Refund

Refunds are ONLY available in the following limited circumstances:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your magazine arrives damaged, torn, or otherwise defective due to shipping or printing issues.
  • Never Received: If your magazine is lost in transit and never arrives (after confirmed investigation with the carrier).
  • Printing Defects: If your magazine has printing errors that make it unreadable (missing pages, severe misprints, binding failures).

Refund Requirements

To qualify for a refund, you MUST:

  1. Report within 7 days: Contact us within 7 days of delivery date (as confirmed by tracking).
  2. Provide photo evidence: Submit clear photos showing the damage, defect, or issue with the magazine.
  3. Include order information: Provide your order number and email used for purchase.
  4. Return if requested: In some cases, we may require you to return the damaged item (at our expense) before processing the refund.

NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Claims made after 7 days from delivery
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Disagreement with content or editorial opinions
  • Expectations not met regarding content
  • Already read or consumed content
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that don't affect readability
  • Delays in shipping (unless item never arrives)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@euda.life within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Subject line: "Refund Request - Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"
  3. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Purchase email address
    • Clear photos of the damage/defect
    • Brief description of the issue
    • Date you received the package
  4. Wait for our response (typically within 48 hours)

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
  • Bank processing times may vary

Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement copy if:

  • The issue is due to damage or printing defects
  • Stock is available
  • You prefer a replacement to a refund

Digital Content

Any digital content accessed via QR codes or online components is non-refundable once accessed, as it cannot be "returned."
